At Madeena Co, we work hard to process orders quickly so customers receive their perfumes, attars, bakhoor, and incense products on time.
Because of this, we have a strict cancellation policy.
Customers may request a cancellation only before the order is shipped.
To cancel your order before shipping:
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email
Provide your Order ID and registered mobile number
If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once an order has been:
Packed
Assigned a tracking number
Shipped out with the courier
π The order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.
If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, the refund will be:
Credited back to the same payment method
Processed within 1β2 working days
Actual bank/UPI processing time may vary depending on your bank
Madeena Co has no control over delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
For COD orders:
Cancellation is allowed only before shipment
Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled or refused at delivery
Refusing delivery may lead to the customer being blocked from future orders
We do not offer cancellations based on fragrance preference
